Chat messages are automatically deleted after 6 months. Chat photos are deleted after 3 months. State event chats are deleted after 3 months or on their expiration date, whichever comes first. Developer event chats are deleted on their set expiration date. Support threads and password recovery requests are deleted 2 days after being resolved. Queries and responses are deleted 5 days after creation.
CloverUnite is a management tool only. The operator of CloverUnite is not liable for any user content, interactions, disputes, or outcomes that occur on or through the platform. Users are solely responsible for their own actions and content.
Users are responsible for saving their record books to their device. Cloud sync is available but is not guaranteed to preserve all data at all times. Always maintain a local backup of important documents.
CloverUnite is currently in early development. Data loss is possible during this phase. Users should save all important data locally. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.
Each County Agent is solely responsible for the management and conduct of their county. CloverUnite provides the tools but does not oversee or moderate individual county operations. State Representatives oversee agents within their state. The platform developer maintains overall system integrity.
